JN.1 Covid 19 variant:  Maharashtra CM on rising COVID cases, says 'Entire system has been alerted'

Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde on December 23 participated in a cleanliness drive in Worli Naka, in Mumbai. He addressed the media about the rising COVID-19 cases throughout the country saying that a review meeting was held in Mumbai and the entire system has been alerted. He also appealed to the people not to panic.“I have held a review meeting regarding Coronavirus…the entire system has been alerted. I appeal to the people not to panic and take precautions,” said Eknath Shinde.
