Although Facebook is popularly known as one of the well-known websites, you can turn off comments on Facebook timeline, navigating to the option– Manage Permissions. After that, you can uncheck the boxes next to everyone to post to timeline and add photos and videos to the Posting Ability section timeline. Finally, you can tap on Save Changes to save all the required changes.
